Preparing for new Card/Tile/Cube Functionality - Comments wanted!
McDie » Devlog
I am working on an extensive update to McDie that will allow the analysis of cards, tiles, cubes, and similar items that are 'drawn' from a deck, bag, or pool.
I have written up a specification document with how I plan to approach this, and I am looking for any feedback to make sure that this will be a useful tool for you. Please check it out and leave your thoughts and comments!

definitely a big leap forward. but please please please port it to the web or other platforms. I'd be happy to pay some dime for such a tool. and to create some analysis of boardgames as examples would be quite a hit.
Sounds like very cool new functionality. A couple of thoughts of common gameplay actions that it might represent:
Would the "merge groups" node be able to be used to handle returning a cube to the bag from your hand?
How would it handle "when the draw pile is exhausted, reshuffle the discard pile and return it to the draw pile"? Would the nodes handle that?
I was thinking that would happen with a Loop node that would recreate the group. But maybe it needs to be more explicit.
