Quick Start Wizard added to McDie

New release of McDie! The major addition to this update is the new Quick Start Wizard. This lets you enter strings like "8D12K3" which will create a network where eight 12-sided dice are rolled, and the three highest values are kept.

The resulting network looks like this:

I've found that this makes starting new models much faster. I hope you like it! This feature will continue to be expanded with new options

There are also several new nodes types, and bug fixes.
