New upload for version 404

If you downloaded McDie recently, please make sure you are running version 0.1.2021.404. The version that was posted on itch appears to have been an earlier version - I am not sure how that happened.

I hopefully have corrected that. I also have digitally signed the installer, so various anti-virus programs should be much happier.
